Saturday Family Night Fun!

Mackenzie and I ran to the store and picked up all the things we needed to make a gingerbread house!!
She really enjoys one on one time and loved helping pick out what we needed!
While we were at the store, Daddy and Davis were constructing our house.
Then we were ready to ice it...

Not without a few licks of icing from you know who...

We all helped decorate the outside...even Daddy was into the project.
He made perfect wreaths on the windows...

and in the end...
we were all proud of our litte gingerbread house!

This afternoon after church, Mackenzie wanted to make pretzel rods dipped in chocolate and then topped with sprinkles. We worked on this project at her Ano's house (Aunt Amy)...needless to say...
they might be seeing sprinkles for months to come! ; )

Tis the Season!

What a great gingerbread house, especially the wreaths. ;) Bubba Jr., errr Davis, sure is looking growny all of a sudden. :( Maybe it's his big boy haircut. Love that you make one-on-one time. It's so so important and is a constant challenge for me. Have a great week! Love you.

How fabulous is that gingerbread house?! Muy impressed! And I think I'm just going to have to give you a clothing supplement and let you buy the girls one of whatever you buy Mackenzie. Or did you make that owl?? It looks like your handiwork!
