I have plans to try that this week myself-kind of running out of things to do with our tomatoes. :) I've never tried it. Looks so yummy!
Oh my mine was delish! But I used Parmesean cheese instead of Mozzerella and it was much better :) I had another one last night! Yummy!! Good weekend to you my friend!!
