This weekend, Mackenzie enjoyed painting at Sips & Strokes in celebration of Laura Tyson's 8th birthday. She had so much fun, although she is a very particular 7 year old!! (not sure where she gets that from, but she got really upset when she didn't like how she painted the feathers on her flamingo~we are still working on not being so hard on ourself!) Laura Tyson is one of Mackenzie's dear friends who she loves to pieces and we are very thankful for her friendship!!!

I don't know what in the world she could be hard on herself about because she did a fabulous job! What a fun way to celebrate a birthday.
That has to be the cutest flamingo I've ever seen! Tell her if she's up for selling one we could definitely find a place for it! Towns has it in her head that she wants to have a painting party for her birthday...looks like it was a fun one!
She painted that all by herself? She's amazing! Talented girl you have there!
