Spring Break that is! Perfect weather & a perfect break from the "go-go-go" that school brings!
We had a great week with nothing much in the plans, so it was a week of waking up around 9 or 10, I know lazy, right?? This makes a week perfecto for the Ford fam! I did make hair appointments for both kids at 9 on Wednesday am and Mack was so upset that we were going to have to get up early, as in 8:30, for a hair appointment and fussed that it was just ruining her spring break! ha!
On Monday brought an improptu visit with good friends, my friend April & her boys came to town for lunch and an afternoon at the park ~ the kids became fast friends and enjoyed the sunshine, while April and I caught up!
The end of the week, we headed to Atlanta to see Daddy and meet friends to enjoy the Aquarium & Imagine It Childrens Museum..oh, and the grown ups enjoyed Ikea, too! I, of course, never go to Atlanta and not go to Ikea!
Hannah, Mackenzie, Davis, & Gamston
This little girl said her favorite part was seeing the whales and seahorses! :)
This little boy said his favorite part was touching the sting ray and shark! : )
Imagine It was lots of fun, too!
We enjoyed milking the cows...
Painting pretty pictures...
and playing store, of course!!!
What a fun week!!!
Oh, I dread the sound of the alarm clock in the morning! :(

Don't you wish we could drag Spring Break out a week or two? It always comes just at the right time (when we're all about to pull our hair out) and always ends too soon. Looks like you made the most of yours! Good luck getting back into the swing of things! :)
It's so foreign to me that there are children in this world who understand just how precious sleep is. HA! Spring Break came to an end too early for us too. We thoroughly enjoyed the weather and break from the hustle and bustle. Love the new haircuts!!
