Trying really hard...

to look 1/2 way decant in this dress....Yep, this mama of 2 has to fit in that cutsie dress, so I have been trying to slim up in 2010! I couldn't be more excited about having to wear that dress, because my sister, Haley, is getting married in June! YAY!! The problem is...I am so not bridesmaid material any more....What are your diet secrets?? ...and if you are one of those people that God gave that thing called a high metabolism to, just know I envy you on a daily basis! ; )

Sheesh, I wish I had a high metabolism or some great diet secrets. Instead, I get my butt kicked at Crossfit twice a week. You are going to look great in the dress, I just know it!

You'll be gorgeous as always!
Exercise, moderate portions, low fat, low carb, no fried foods, good fiber, veggies (without the butta)but mostly exercise!UGH!
ALL OF WHICH I NEED TO DO!
Just thinking about it has motivated me to get back on the plan!!!!

You can do it!!!!

What a great dress! I love it. And there is not a doubt in my mind you'll be beautiful in it!

Portion control, portion control, portion control. And water - lots of water! :) And of course exercise but I'm working on that one myself. Who has the time!

p90x

seriously. 90 days and you'll see a dramatic difference if you stick to it. you can find a used set on amazon for around 30 bucks.

then eat
b: nutri grain bar & fruit
l: turkey sandwhich w/ a 100 calorie chip bag
s: fruit. yogurt. granola bar. just something around 100 calories.
d: lean cusine/smart ones /etc.

drink nothing but water for those 90 days.

obviously i'm not a nutrition expert because they would tear that menu apart but it works. and the p90x does the exercise part.

good luck.

Shay I started running back in August and it has fallen off. That along with portion control has been the key for me. The latter is much harder for me though! Love the dress and you'll be precious in it!

Shea! That dress is so cute! The only thing that has ever worked for me is South Beach. I was in a similar situation last year, because I had to fit back into a bridesmaid dress that never got worn from three years before that (due to a called off wedding). As we all know- 4 years and being a newliwed makes you not fit into things that you wore 4 years before then. I had about a 4 inch gap where the zipper wouldn't zip. South Beach did the trick, and the dress ended up fitting- and I could even breathe in it too!
