Happy Friday, friends & a Happy Birthday!!!

We are squeeeeeezzzzing in every bit before we head back to school in just 1 more week...yesterday, we spent the day at the lake & I hope to spend a few more before school starts...hope each of you squeeze in lots of fun this weekend!! :)

Sips & Strokes

Last night, I enjoyed a evening out with girls at Sips & Strokes...I had lots of fun, it was a lot harder than I thought it would be, although going into it, I KNEW that God made me crafty in lots of ways, but he left off being a painter!!! I got lots and lots of compliments from Mackenzie, so guess I have a taker! :)

Congrats & dinner with Red Robin

My cousin Amy had her 1st little baby boy on Thursday, so we took a trip over to Montgomery to meet baby Clayton and then afterwards had dinner with Red Robin! :) Congratulations Amy & Zeb, we are so happy for the two of you, he is just precious!!! Cherish each moment with that sweet baby boy, because it goes by too fast!! It seems just like yesterday when I brought home my babies from the hospital & now they are 6 and almost 3!!!

Summer Nights

Tonight, we went to Summer Swing at the park to hear Martha's Trouble....what a great night to be at the park listening to fun music with friends...we enjoyed a ride on the train, some good homemade icecream & some nice cool weather!!!

A little game of Hide & Seek

Since we woke up this morning to rain, the kids & daddy played a game of hide & seek...it was hilarious! I was gigglin' like a kid at them! Here is a little of how it went....

**Mackenzie would count to 25 and everyone would hide....she would just about jump out of her skin when she would find them...once she opened the toy closet door and Bubba was standing in there and he said "BOO" and her eye balls were HUGE, but then she just giggled away!!!
**Davis was found hiding under his bed, but the cutest part of it was, there were 2 little feet with crocs on hanging out the dust ruffle of his bed...I then RAN to get my camera, but of course, it was over by the time I got it..which then led me to capture all these other fun memories!!
**Davis counting went like this.... "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 18, Here MY come" and off he went hunting!!
**Davis didn't quiet figure out how to be really, really quiet in his hiding spot...each time either Bubba or Kenzie would say where are you???? he would then say, "Here I am!!!", which caused us all to giggle even more!!!

I'm telling you, I love these 3 so, so much & I am so thankful for all the giggles they bring to my life each and every day!!!
